Description of the job in brief:
* As an Inside Sales Representative, you will act as the first contact for many prospects with outbound calls and focused campaigns for 4i's Oracle solution offerings.
* Qualifies Oracle prospects and produce quality leads for the 4i US Sales team. You will sell 4i services to US Western territory to achieve assigned objectives
* Focus on following up demand generation campaigns to create US Territory pipeline for 4i US sales team. Performs database and record keeping activities.
* Utilizes inbound and/or outbound calls to pursue sales. Develops account penetration strategies, and closes business
* Identifies new business opportunities by creating and implementing territory campaigns with management assistance.
* Liaise with customer contacts for the purpose of managing the customer relationship, identifying new opportunities and selling 4i Oracle services.
* To complete individual goals as well as work in a team environment. Coordinate with the 4i US field sales team.
Responsibilities
* Work with the 4i US sales team as their prospecting resource focused on uncovering new Oracle opportunities in your territory.
* You would have the responsibility of demand generation in US Western territory
* You would be prospecting over the phone, over the web or by email.
* Cold calling would be integral part of your job profile. You would be making calls into C-level & VP level executives.
* You would be a consultant who should quickly build rapport with high-level executives to determine their business issues & suggest 4i Oracle solution offerings.
* You would strategize territory coverage with the 4i US Sales team.
* You would need to identify customer needs and viable projects / customers. You would need to verify the potential of the business opportunities for 4i Oracle offerings in terms of timeframe, budget and solution requirements.
* You may be required to present & articulate advanced product features, benefits, future product direction & overall 4i's Oracle solutions.
* You will be working with your US Sales Team to pro-actively plan and conduct campaigns that would build strong qualified sales pipeline for 4i US Entity.
* You would be measured on accepted pipeline and influenced revenue every quarter based on a yearly target.
* You would be required to keep adding value to sales team by doing business development activities on your pipeline at various stages of the sales cycle as required by 4i US Sales team.
