We urgently requires Telemarketing Executive for chennai location, (Chrompet)
No : of Positions : 20
Qualificatiomn : Any Degree/ Diploma
Experience : Atleast 6 months of Experience in any voice process
Job Responsibilities :
Answering incoming calls and chat sessions from the customers.
Fixing appointments with the customer for a site visit or office visit by regularly following up with the leads generated through promotional activities
Effective co-ordination with the customer and the sales team in arranging a site visit.
Effective time management
Excellent communication in English is mandatory
