Qualifications: M. Tech or B.Tech in Engineering (any
subject) with First or Higher second class. Candidates with
additional qualifications in HRD would be preferred. Should have
excellent command over English along with good computer and communication skills.
School education should be in English medium.
Experience: Minimum 8-10 years in the areas of teaching / training / human resource development. Candidates with experience in Renewable Energy industry or consultancy firms will be preferred. Candidates with the capability for curriculum / training material development for renewable energy training would be given stronger preference.
