We are hiring inbound sales professionals, interested candidates kindly walk in to the below mentioned venue between 3PM and 8 PM on weekdays.
1.Responsible to handle customer queries / issues through voice.
2.Transactions to the best of customers satisfaction.
3.Necessary documentation of calls.
4.Adhering to standard operating procedures required by the process and organization.
5.Awareness of relevant service levels and meets goals set by the project.
Eligibility Criteria:
Any Graduate.
