Responsibilities:-
Manage all social media channels for SpringPeople, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Google+, YouTube, Glassdoor and others, ensuring positive brand presence & impact.
Regularly post & engage with stakeholders and followers on social media with highly relevant, high-quality posts to achieve growth & drive awareness.   
Coordinate with multiple internal & external teams/stakeholders to ensure success of social media campaigns.
  

Requirements:-

Sound knowledge of all social media channels.
Good understanding of the B2B landscape & using social media to engage with a business-to-business audience.
Good attention to detail & the ability to produce error-free work.
Experience in creating powerful posts for social media - Excellent writing skills with a good grasp of proof-reading & grammar + a well-honed creative eye.
Ability to drive larger initiatives to support social media posting & engagement.
Self-motivated & the ability to execute alone with little oversight.
Well-organized with good task/project management skills.
2+ years of experience in social media.
