We are looking to select 25 candidates to groom them as industry-ready software test engineering professionals and offer them employment. The eligibility criteria is as follows:

1. Graduates / Post Graduates of batches 2010, 2011 (only eligible)
2. BE / BTech graduates from the following streams of discipline – IT, CS, EEE, Electrical, Telecommunication, E&C, Mechanical- and MSc (CS) and MCA are preferred
3. ONLY candidates without any previous software testing knowledge are preferred

The candidate selection process includes

1. Aptitude Test – 1 hour duration
2. Personal Interview

Based on the above, right candidates will be selected to undergo STEP Program – a Employment Guaranteed Program – from CleanSoft Academy starting August 24, 2012, for a duration of 18 months. This also includes contract employment with STAG Software.
Note:

1. This is NOT just a recruitment drive per se!
2. Walk-in to our Chennai office for Admission test/interview

Highlights of STEP Program

STEP is a 18-month industry-oriented Software Test Engineering Professional Program that consists of:

1. Intensive competency building session in software testing concepts, soft skill development, followed by
2. Internship at STAG Software under a Mentor – Test Practitioner. Internship includes hands-on exposure to real project. During internship candidates will be paid stipend of Rs.5,000/- p.m for 4 months.. This is followed by
3. Employment at STAG Software (for a period of 12-months on contract).
