Description:	5 to 7 years referenceable experience. Portfolio will be requested. In-depth knowledge of User Interface Design principals, Human Factors, User Centered Design Processes, Interaction Design guidelines, Usability Methodologies, industry standards and trends, platform standards, and the software development process. Equally important is an innate sense of how people perceive and interact with software. Well-developed problem-solving ability and critical thinking skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory. Must be able to articulate complex concepts to a diverse audience. Strong desire to learn and develop additional skills and expertise over time. Need to have a desire to keep up with new technological changes. Significant experience building complex web applications. Expert knowledge of JavaScript, JQuery, Ajax, HTML, CSS skills. Leadership potential. (Ability to mentor junior engineers as the development team grows) Experience using prototyping tools such as Visio, iRise, Photoshop or similar tools. Stay current on new technologies, guide technical evolution as it relates to UX/UI, and create innovative designs and tools for product development to utilize Work with various internal teams and customers to provide insight into design strategies including design patterns Perform user analysis, usability testing, design, platform architecture, prototyping, performance tuning, and test planning as needed
