E.R.M.S Technologies INTERNSHIP Policies
An Intern is a student pursuing college studies who is inducted into E.R.M.S Technologies system for a defined period on project basis.
Working on "live" projects right from day one gives a graduate a chance to hit the ground running, and prove him/her self.
POLICY HIGHLIGHTS:
- It works on the simple basis that throughout a candidate's internship assignment, a project supervisor and mentor will develop, coach and make an assessment based on the candidate’s performance.
- Interns must do coding in the languages or technologies given by E.R.M.S. Technologies.
- Internship can be for any duration between 3-6 months, depending upon the needs of the function/ business and internship requirement.
- Company will not provide any source code to the interns. Interns can make use of running website or temporary site to show the demo.
- Students are eligible to collect their certificate only after the completion of the work allotted to them.
- In case of any violation of the policy by the intern, the internship will be withdrawn with immediate effect and the respective Institute will be informed appropriately.
- Repeat offence by the intern from same institute will lead to Institute getting blacklisted by the Company.
- The above guidelines are subject to review from time to time. E.R.M.S. Technologies Management reserves the right to revise the internship policy and guidelines from time to time.
- At the end of the Internship period, the Intern will present the project to the Project Guide, line Manager and HR.
