Position : Call Centre Executive
Location : Chennai - Taramani
Qualification : Any degree
Experience : 0 to 1 yr
1. Only day shift
2. No transport facility will be provided
3. No sales or marketing
4. No target
* Knowledge of Hindi and English is mandatory, should understand and speak fluently.
Job Description :
* To handle inbound and outbound calls
* To handle escalation calls and customer calls
* Allot the particular complaint to the concerned field engineer.
* Resolve the issues within the stipulated time frame
Desired Profile :
* Any arts and science graduates with 0 to 1 yrs experience in call center or BPO. Freshers can also apply
* Good communication skills - language fluency in English, Hindi & Tamil would be advantage
* Good analytical skills and aggressive.
