Position: Sales Associate
Location: Chennai
Experience: Min. 1 year
Job Profile:
1) First touch point to customers at local level by phone/persons on the leads generated thru Mass advertisement/local activity.
2) Fixing up of appointments and meeting them as per schedule
3) Maximum conversion of sales call to business for our channel partner and educating the customers on importance of system selling rather than mere products
4) Follow-up with clients on feedback while execution and after completion and able to generate referral leads from the customers
5) Be the change agent to generate local leads from builders,architects,IDs
6) Maintenance of proper MIS and reporting the same to company as per the format within timelines.
7) Maintain a good rapport with contractors (residential) to give unmatched service to customers within timelines
