*Designation Senior Customer Support Executive (Australian process)*
*Experience 3 yrs*
*Work Location - Kormangala
*Shift time : 4:30 AM to 1:30 PM (Pick up cab facility will be provided)*
*Ready for 6 days working *
*Responsibilities*
Manage incoming/outgoing voice calls and handle the end to end email support for Australia.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Handle and resolve customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolutionObtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product inquiries.
Provide pricing and delivery information
Perform customer verifications
Build sustainable relationship of trust through open and interactive communication
*Requirements*
*EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION & WRITING SKILLS ARE MANDATORY*
*International customer support experience *
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different
types of characters
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Language: English.
