	Job Description
	We are currently looking for professionals who would be interested in working in the capacity of a manager for a large sized team in Bangalore. We are an organization that caters to different aspects of a child's educational journey. Leapstart is engaged in providing age appropriate physical education in schools across the country and right now we are on the lookout for individuals who have the necessary skill set for handling a team of physical education trainers. Candidates with an analytical bent of mind and leadership qualities would be the right fit. Professionals with  The details are as follows: Designation: Regional Manager - Bangalore Experience - 3-5 Years Qualification - B.PED/M.PED/MBA Knowledge of sports would be an added advantage for better understanding of the business Roles and Responsibilities: Handling teams of at least 15-30 trainers. Implement systems and processes to deliver consistency, efficiency and high standards in results. Should prepare and submit annual operational budget.  Should be comfortable with reporting tools Ability to address challenges and provide feedback to trainers and program team Maintain relationship with schools and ensure smooth running of operations. Should be willing to travel everyday to different schools in the city for overseeing operations and any resulting challenges. Please note that the job entails travel on a daily basis.
