We are in the

The position would be based out of Bangalore initially for 3 months and later the team will move to Chennai office in T.Nagar.
Requirement | Roles and responsibility
*Any Graduate / Undergraduate
*Fresher/ Experience with good written and spoken communication skills in English, Kannada.
* Inbound Call Center experience will be preferred.
*Good analytical skills, energetic.
*Should Be comfortable with 24*7, Max Shift timings For Female employees is till 9 P.M
*Candidates from Bangalore and Chennai.
*No cab facility currently

*Receive inbound calls from customers with regards to taxi bookings or feedback or complaints etc.
*Answer customer questions, as well as obtain full understanding of what information is being requested.
*Document all calls with regards to participant inquires accurately.
ATTN: CHENNAI CANDIDATES: ONLY THOSE WHO CAN JOIN IN BY 15TH SEP....15 DAYS TRAINING PROVIDED...INITIAL 3 MONTHS IN BANGALORE, THEN TEAM MOVES TO CHENNAI
