Position: Senior Executive - Customer Support
No. of Openings: 6
Skills Required:
* Providing assistance to Global Customers through calls, chats and mails.
* Deal directly with customers either by telephone or electronically and respond promptly to customers by obtaining and evaluating all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
* Convert all possible inquiries received on different channels to make sure, as many orders are placed through the estores.
* Maintaining customer"s focus on all times and answering to customer"s enquiries using the standard guidelines.
* Taking ownership of complaint and queries and proactively following through to resolution.
* Preferable: Knowledge in Hindi is an added advantage.
Company Description
Cbazaar is quite a veteran in the e-commerce space, changing business focus and repositioning itself over a span of 14 years or more. When we launched in December 1998 as Chennaibazaar, our intention was to evolve into an online mall. We then transformed and emerged as an online gifting portal, targeting NRIs who wanted to send gifts to friends and families back at home. Subsequently we forayed into apparels and during the 2000-2005 period built a considerable customer base in the UK and the US - connecting with people keen to buy Indian ethnic wear. Finally, in 2005, Chennaibazaar became Cbazaar.com and a private label brand.
We were self-funded until we raised a Series A funding of $3.5 million from Inventus Capital Partners and Ojas Venture Partners in May 2012. Currently Cbazaar has nearly 100,000+ customers spread across 130 countries and offers around 15,000 products. We are now looking to expand our domestic India presence and bring in a middle management layer across the organization.
