Job Description
As Field sales officer, the individual will be the first point of contact with the merchant/ market in a particular territory
Key Result Areas:
- Develop In-Depth understanding of merchant requirement and the marketplace
- Generating leads and closing new merchant accounts
- Follow Up On Customer / Employee Generated Leads
- Achieve high merchant coverage and signing up of high quality merchants
- Ensuring Merchant relationship to ensure activation
- Value Selling to Merchant with the key highlights of the Mobile POS
- Track and report on sales performance and other key metrics;
- Provide recommendations for product or service improvement
Qualifications/ Experience:
An individual with a bachelors degree
With 2 3 years of experience in Merchant acquiring sales.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
